We have been informed that the colored community of Moberly is planning a grand celebration on the fourth of August. Excursion trains will be arriving from all the surrounding areas, with ticket rates set so low that a large turnout is expected. This event promises to be the biggest reunion the colored people of Moberly have ever had, with festivities and gatherings to mark the occasion. The community is eagerly anticipating a memorable day filled with joy, camaraderie, and celebration.
